Dilemma @ work...

Got an offer personally from the big boss today to officially promote me to even higher ground... to accept or not to accept... it's a tough tough decision... but think ultimately I'll place my emotional well-being, happiness and my family in first place... so... most probably, when the time comes again for me to give a reply, it'll be an 'uh-uh'...
