Finally...

Got 2 new items that delighted me today...

First, it's a new chair for my workstation. I've been using my previous chair for about 6 years already and it's stained, unstable (every time I sit on it I feel like I'm out there at sea, rocking in all directions) and the wheels are so stiff that I can hardly move about while in my seat. Anyway, once I received notification that I could just send my old chair for a one-to-one exchange, I immediately responded. Yipee...no more rocking around whenever I need to sit. :p

The next thing that made me even happier is the book that I asked Hubby to get for me! Yeah...he went to Kinokuniya to get it for me this afternoon and now it's safely in my hands. Can't wait to finish reading the current novel I have and get started on this one. :) It'll take a while though, cos I only have time to read as I travel to and from work whenever it's term time. But never mind, what matters is I've got it now!

Tomorrow's National Day celebrations in school...am holding a mini class food party while the kids complete the work on their National Day projects. After tomorrow will be the day Hubby and I check in at Meritus Mandarin for our mini staycation. Can't wait!
